Every facility runs on a different schedule, but our crews follow the same order so stock stays protected, aisles stay open where needed, and floors are safe before the next shift. A typical deep clean in JAFZA, Al Quoz, Dubai Industrial City, or DIP runs like this:

Arrival and shift briefing: The team checks in with security, confirms which aisles and docks stay live, and sets out wet-floor signs and exclusion tape. PPE and gate-pass rules are followed from the first minute on site.

Zone lock-off and dry pass: Agreed sections are cordoned so forklifts can reroute. Sweeping, blowing, and vacuuming remove loose dust and packaging scrap from floors, dock lips, and racking ledges before water or degreaser is used.

Industrial floor treatment: Heavy-traffic lanes get alkaline degreaser with dwell time, then machine scrubbing with pads matched to the surface. Oil spots near loading bays and hydraulic leak trails get spot treatment. Epoxy floors are rinsed and squeegeed so coatings are not left slick.

High-bay and vertical dust control: Beam tops, upright frames, and service catwalks are cleaned with extension tools and approved access methods. Work is staged top-down where possible so dislodged dust is captured on the floor pass that follows.

Loading dock and apron work: Dock levellers, pit areas, and external aprons are scrubbed to remove tyre marks, hydraulic drips, and grit. Shutter tracks and thresholds are cleared so doors seat properly and aprons drain after rain.

Welfare and admin areas: When booked, break rooms, washrooms, and office corridors inside the complex are wiped, mopped, and restocked on request. This keeps staff areas aligned with the same service date as the warehouse floor.

Final walkthrough and handover: The supervisor checks traction on reopened lanes, confirms signs are removed, and notes any areas that need a follow-up visit. Service logs list zones completed, time on site, and supervisor sign-off.

Methods by surface and zone:

Raw concrete floors: Open-pore concrete in older Al Quoz units absorbs oil quickly. We use degreaser, mechanical agitation, and rinse cycles. Sealed concrete gets lighter chemistry so the seal is not stripped.

Epoxy and coated floors: Coated bays in newer JAFZA and DIP builds need pad selection that cuts grease without scoring the finish. We avoid harsh solvents unless the coating spec allows them.

Pick-face and packing lanes: These zones mix foot traffic and pallet jacks. We clean in short windows between waves so pickers are not blocked for a full shift.

Cold-chain periphery: We clean ambient docks, office blocks, and external aprons around cold stores. Chamber internals are quoted separately if your site requires them.

Racking and mezzanines: Dust on stored cartons often starts on beam tops and mezzanine decking. Dry wiping and vacuuming here cuts how often pick faces need rework.
