1. No Refund Policy
All payments are final. We do not provide refunds for any services, regardless of cancellation timing or circumstances. Once a payment is made, it cannot be refunded.
2. Rescheduling Policy
While refunds are not available, you may reschedule your service under the following conditions:
- Rescheduling requests made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment can be done free of charge.
- Rescheduling requests made within 12–24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a rescheduling fee.
- Rescheduling requests made less than 12 hours before the service may not be accommodated, and the service will be considered completed.
3. Cancellation Policy
If you choose to cancel your service instead of rescheduling, please note that no refund will be issued. The payment will be forfeited, and the service will not be performed.
4. Service Satisfaction Guarantee
As these are professional services, we do not offer refunds. However, if you are unsatisfied with the quality of service, contact us within 24 hours, and we will send a team to rectify the issue free of charge. This does not entitle you to a refund.
5. No-Show Policy
If our team cannot enter the property after 30 minutes of waiting, the service will be marked as "No-Show" and the payment will be forfeited. No refund will be issued for no-show situations.

No refunds are provided under any circumstances. All payments are final. If you need to reschedule your service, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. For service quality issues, we offer a free re-service within 24 hours of the original service date.
