Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our services. By booking a service with Pure Shine Bldg Cleaning & Pest Control Services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Service Scope
Pure Shine provides professional cleaning and pest control services. Our technicians are licensed and follow Sharjah Municipality health and safety standards.
2. Access to Premises
The client must provide free access to the property at the scheduled time. Failure to provide access may result in a "No-Show" fee.
3. Pest Control Safety
For pest control treatments, clients must follow safety instructions (e.g., vacating the premises for 2–4 hours) provided by our technicians. Pure Shine is not liable for health issues if instructions are ignored.
4. Liability
While we take the utmost care, Pure Shine is not liable for pre-existing damage or wear and tear on furniture or surfaces. Any damage claims must be reported within 12 hours of service completion.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Sharjah and the Federal laws of the UAE.
